2. Vehicle Availability:
   – Bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of pick-up.
   – We reserve the right to replace the vehicle with an equivalent type if necessary, without prior notice.
3. Driver:
   – The car is rented with an experienced driver who has in-depth knowledge of Bali.
   – The driver will be at the pick-up location on time and ready to assist during the 12 hours of car usage.
4. Vehicle Usage:
   – Vehicle usage time is 12 hours from the time of pick-up.
   – Additional charges will be applied for vehicle usage beyond the specified time limit.
5. Mileage:
   – Car usage covers mileage up to 100 kilometers per day.
   – Additional charges will be levied for each additional kilometer beyond the specified limit.
6. Fuel Cost:
   – Fuel cost is included in the car rental price.
   – You do not need to refuel during the use of the car.
7. Customer Responsibility:
   – Customers are responsible for using the vehicle wisely and respecting applicable traffic regulations.
   – Customers are responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle during use.
8. Cancellation or Changes:
   – In case of cancellation or change of rental schedule, please notify us as soon as possible for rearrangement.
